PHOTOGRAPHER REGISTRATION AGREEMENT
Elite PhotoArt, LLC will represent the registered photographers to potential clients and to market images for image/print sales to the best or our ability. There are neither guarantees nor commitments implied other than the opportunity for sales based on pricing established by Elite PhotoArt, LLC. Photographers will receive a 25% royalty for each print that is produced from one of the photographers owned images (frames, mats, glass, taxes and installation excluded). Occasionally facilities request to purchase high-resolution files for their own needs, i.e. Wall Murals, etc.; Elite PhotoArt reserves the right to sell one-time rights for printing purposes. The photographer will receive a 50% royalty for these purposes. If a photographer refers a client to Elite PhotoArt, that photographer will receive a 10% commission on the total sales, of the initial order, for the referred client and a 25% royalty for any photographer owned images used during printing for the referred client. Royalty payments will be made to the photographer quarterly.
This arrangement is not exclusive and the photographer is free to promote and sell their work through other sites/companies. The photographer is encouraged to place a link on their website, blog, social media page, etc. to help promote and sell their work through Elite PhotoArt. Photographers are responsible for assigning proper titles, descriptions, keywords (metadata) and locations of images whenever possible (examples will be provided).
When uploading image files, upload JPEG file format with medium to med-high quality level and should be sized to 800 pixels wide (for horizontal) and 600 pixels tall (for vertical) before uploading (Do Not Crop). PLEASE DO NOT UPLOAD HIGH RESOLUTION FILES TO THE WEBSITE unless requested to do so. All images should be uploaded into the particular photographers gallery and are subject to approval. Once approved, image files will be moved to the appropriate categories/galleries. Not all images will be approved for use on Elite PhotoArt's website. Photographers will be notified of which images were rejected. Rejections are not necessarily a reflection on quality. Elite PhotoArt primarily promotes landscape and nature photography. Primary categories are, but not limited to: landscape, nature, lakes, flora, flowers, macro flora, rivers and streams, mills and bridges, abstract nature, wildlife, sunrises and sunsets, travel, etc.
The photographer’s responsibility is to provide high quality edited and retouched images via DropBox, email or on disc, matching the uploaded low-resolution versions. The image should be standard size, as we will use interpolation software to size the image to the correct size for printing. Elite PhotoArt will be responsible for printing and all associated printing costs and will coordinate installing prints on location or delivering prints for the client to install. There will be no cost outlay by the photographer for this service. Please note, that if images are not print ready, Elite PhotoArt reserves the right to deduct from the royalty any graphic art time for retouching images, such as sensor spots, etc. Elite PhotoArt reserves the right to price artwork according to the clients needs, volume, etc. Photographer’s royalty will not be less than $25 per print sold using the photographers owned images. Please mail image discs to Elite PhotoArt, LLC 2733 East Battlefield Road #186 Springfield, MO 65536.
